Meeting Place, Date, and Time

Place:   The Society meets in the Ballenger Room of the John Vaughn Library, room # 153,      on the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah, OK, USA.   The Ballenger Room is located in the east wing of the building.      Please use the south door (just right of the front entrance) to enter.      Or:  ask for directions at one of the two circulation desks      located at the front and/or rear of the building.

Date:   The Society meets the 4th Monday of each month.   When the NSU Library is open on those days.     (Closed in May and December.)   With the exception of November when we have a dinner at a lucky members home.

Time:   The Society meeting begins at 7:00 PM.   We usually have a guest speaker, followed by a business meeting   Our business meeting consists of our members sitting around discussing various projects,     usually with the president trying to carry on business at the same time.
